Ballet
Our adult ballet classes are great for any level dancer. We start at the barre with warm up and practice correct placement doing barre exercises: piles, tendus, rond de jambs and more. Next is center floor work where we perform adagio, allegro, and sequences that build a strong technique foundation required for more difficult steps. Ballet enhances your life with beautiful movements that make your body lean, flexible, strong and graceful.


Tap
Our tap classes are perfect for anyone with little to no experience. Enjoy fun, upbeat music while learning many different styles of tap dance. Each class consists of a warm up, basic technique with shuffles, flaps, riffs, traveling steps and a new combination each week. Your feet are the instrument. Let’s make music!
Heels
This beginner friendly class will have you strutting confidently in your heels and slaying the choreography. You will learn body rolls, popping, turns, hair whips, floor work and more. Embrace your femininity and sensuality in this safe environment where you can let go and shine!


Swing
Our east coast swing dance classes include basic lindyhop, partnering, charleston, shim sham shimmy and more. Come alone or with a partner!
